ABOUT OUR PROCESS

Every item is handmade with love. All of our tumblers are double walled stainless steel. these tumblers keep your drinks cold/hot much longer and do not sweat. The epoxy we use to cover our tumblers is FDA compliant food safe. This gives each tumbler a high gloss like brilliant smooth finish. Once the epoxy is fully cured the glitter will not come off or flake. Before we send off each tumbler it is throughly inspected one last time and we take pictures. Every tumbler comes with a lid, reusable straw and tumbler care instructions.

MADE BY HAND

Please remember all tumblers are made by hand. Every cup will be unique in its own way and slightly different from the other. No two cups will ever be the same. As with all handmade items, there may be slight imperfections, but this in no way affects the use or quality of the tumbler. We offer multiple cup sizes so each design will look slightly different on each tumbler.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping is through USPS. Our current turn around period is 2-3 weeks, and shipping take 2-5 business days for it to arrive to its destination. Sometimes we do run ahead of this turn around. When placing order please double check shipping address as we will not be changing it after we receive your order. We are NOT responsible for misplaced packages due to incorrect shipping information entered in by customer. Once we send your package off we are no longer responsible for your order. Please contact USPS for all questions or whereabouts of your package. You will find your tracking number in the shipping conformation e-mail.

CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Due to the nature of our business, we do not accept cancellations, returns, exchanges, or offer refunds or partial refunds. Once you place your order all sales are final. The item cannot be changed or modified once your order is placed unless contacted within 24 hours of placing your order. We do not send progress update pictures of the items after purchased. By paying for your order you consent to photos or videos of your item(s) being shared on all of our Mommy Juice Creations social media accounts.

TURN AROUND TIME

Our current turnaround time is 2-3 weeks. This can change or vary depending on time of year and we always peak during the holidays. If you need your item by a certain date please purchase the rush order listing along with your order. We will not rush orders if you do not purchase the rush order listing, no exceptions.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

When your order has shipped you will recieve an e-mail with your tracking number. Please use this to track your order. Once your order is handed off to the post office we have no control.

• Avoid extreme temperatures

• Do not soak

• Do not toss or drop

• Do not use harsh abrasive 

If tumbler becomes damaged please e-mail us and send photos to mommyjuicecreations@gmail.com and we will let you know what the options are. If we are able to fix it you can ship it to us and we will create a listing for you to pay for repairs and shipping the tumbler back to you.
